Wash up. Ohio foot fetish thing maybe. Here it's called doing the dishes. Washing up usually means cleaning between the legs

As for resolutions...I quit smoking and started working out again in 2016 so I'm gonna have to come up with something new.

Moderation perhaps.  The only thing I've ever done in moderation is moderation.

Look for new connections to extend my circle. I'm incredibly picky about who I bother with lol, so I'm going to try and be nicer and friendlier.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
