A perfect time for you ..if you are still smoking ..to finally kick this addiction...

As you smoke and take that long drag of all those chemicals..inhale and most likely puff out a small amount ...the rest has gone to your lungs...think on...

A bunch of killers are sitting around a big board desk..discussing how they can add more chemicals ,that will keep you addicted ..so they can get richer by you spending all your lovely hard earned cash..

Your health..they couldn't care less..whether you are slowly killing yourself..they couldn't care less ,if you contract a illness that renders you helpless... Then couldn't care if you die a smoker...

But you do don't you...of course you do..

Quitting smoking has to be the number one wonderful feeling and proud thing you can achieve...

Talking back your control..your life...

Don't even question it...just do it..before it's too late..

No matter how long you have been smoking..the feeling of freedom can only get better..

This 52 year smoker says it does..

Come and join us...I'll be here...

For those about to quit, WE SALUTE YOU!

A new year, a fresh start.  If you are a smoker and you're reading this, there's a good chance a resolution to quit is on your mind.  Why else would you be here?  There is also a good chance that the very thought of quitting inspires some feelings of anxiety and fear.  Good news...there's nothing to fear and that anxiety is a false construct that you have the ability to eliminate from your mind.

Quitting is simple and painless.  In developed countries, there are more ex-smokers than current smokers.  The numbers are in and quitting smoking is a reality that any nicotine addict can achieve.

Here's how you quit...you just quit.  Quitting smoking requires no physical effort on your part.  You simply refrain from doing something that you used to do.  As for the all important mental aspects of quitting...that cigarette, that little death stick, is powerless.  It only has what power you give it.  The choice is yours.  It always has been and always will be.

There will be moments when you want a cigarette.  That's fine and to be expected.  With commitment and education you will simply refuse the urge.  With each refusal, you will grow stronger and more confident.  With strength and confidence comes success and with success comes freedom from cigarettes.

Those feelings of uneasiness during the early days are not your body punishing you for quitting, that's your body readjusting and priming itself for more optimal performance in the near future.  This process pays dividends that will make the effort seem minimal in hindsight.

One path keeps you enslaved to the cigarette, the other path leads to freedom.  Throttle down and stay the course to freedom.  The process is empowering and the rewards are great.

Stand up and be counted for what you're about to receive...

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
