Not an option, glued on my chair!!!!

I'm doing an sos, anyway. I WANT to guard my quit with all I have and I quit the champix as I wasn't myself anymore (it messed with your head) but I'm craving a lot. I'm glued on my chair, waiting for replies. NOPE. NOPE NOPE. The difference from not caring at all (chemically) to going without the champix is a huge leap. BUT I am going to do this. Before christmas day I'm off the champix and my normal self AND smokefree.
I'm gonna drink a few glasses of water now... It's like my receptors in my brain are yelling 'I want... I want...' LOL Well I do NOT want I cig! Period!
All input welcome.

Good morning Evelyn. You, better than most, know what to do. Sit, sip some water. Write down the benefits of quitting. Laugh and smile. The crave will pass. No problem Evelyn.

Stop apologizing for doing SOS's I moaned all the time through my quit. It always helped to type how I was feeling. I always felt better after.

Please to see you got through it :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
