That's right Evelyn. It is completely your choice. Great that you know that :)

I'm rooting for you :)

Evelyn

You're getting there, like Action said good that you know it...and good going!

You have all that power within you right now, to be what you will and to live the life you want.

It takes years to sometimes to finally wake up and to face your addiction, to look at yourself and see that

you are the one keeping yourself in chains.

It isn't the cigarette keeping you imprisoned, it's you.

I always thought cigarettes was why I had a "habit"  for 35 years.

It was a junkie lie I was living.

Now we choose to live with the truth. :).

Hi Evelyn the only thing stopping you from quitting is you, be strong, make that choice, make it NOPE because you need to realise that your life is worth a hell of alot more than cigarettes, don't listen to the addict inside, he only wants you to continue to smoke, you have to be stronger and fight back, because honestly it is so so worth it.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
