As Doreen says, also can you unzip the any of the cushions from your couch? Pop them in the wash?

I must say I was lucky as I never smoked indoors, so didn't have this, would have drove me mad. Scented candles too, especially on a Winters night, that will release a lovely smell. I've just got into Scentsy wax melts and have then on all day, really do make the house smell fabulous Evelyn...have a look out for wax melts, Glade do them at the Supermarket in England.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
