The lung clinic...

Recommended Posts

Just spent 5 hours in the hospital with Tony attending his lung apointment..

I sat there people watching...

How sad to see so many folks coming in and out with oxygen tanks..

Getting pushed about in wheelchairs...

Just hearing them gasping for every breath..

You feel like breathing for them..they looked so sad..

I'm so grateful ...I found the strength to quit ...

For anyone thinking they would like to try and quit..what have you got to lose..nothing...

But you could gain so much...

Damn nature, you´re scary!! My opinion is, human existance is some kind of error, its too bad it shouldnt exist.

Evolution is based on errors in replication causing mutations which is usually bad news but every once in a while...

So yeah, our existence is an error but no more so then everything else.

Life is messy.  Embrace life, don't smoke it.  :D

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
