Its been a glorious sunny day here in Scotland and have had a lovely day, spring cleaning all the nasty nicotine niffs from my living room, out and about on the bikes, down to the local park, ice cream, weeded the garden.  Put out the patio furniture and cleaned it all up, my brother came over and we had a cup of tea outside on the deck chairs.  Sun has been shining all day long went shopping, came home had tea, sad down logged on here and just realised I havent had a single thought about smoking today..........Result.............normally when I sit out in the garden with a cup of tea in the deck chair that would be a major cigarette moment, but I really cannot believe there was no thought, or crave to light up............its been a comfortable day today, amazing,  The sun has got his hat on hip hip hip horrayyyyy lol feels good  :P

Isn't it great! I was scared of the outside world...but no triggers so far. I enjoy the same things as I always did...just smoke free. Smoking is not even on my mind when my husband smokes...it's gone. I must have killed Smokey brutally!

Jackie, believe it or not... your craves might be over.  Mine ended just a few days after 3 months... since then: freedom!  I'm really happy for you!

Hey Jackie - so glad you had a great day - I thought sitting outside would be a trigger for me - but turns out I really enjoy time in the sun smoke free 3daa4cc69413a4a4fda538b0ecb14120_zps9b10

I am so happy for you Jackie.  It is such a great feeling when you realize you have gone through a whole day and smoking has not crossed your mind. Your body is so much healthier now that it has been in such a long time. Great work on your huge accomplishment.
