Respect to coffee as an addictive subtance. I still havent been able to quit it. I keep making excuses and theres withdrawal for real!

The problem is i need too many fixes. Im drinking coffe all the time i need to stop it.

Sarge quit caffeine for 2+ years when he quit nicotine.

 

And then he regained his senses.

 

Coffee every morning since.

I cannot condone advising anybody to quit drinking coffee unless a doctor told them to do so.  I start drinking it at 3 AM and continue until early evening...every. single. day.  even on weekends I get up well before 5 AM to drink coffee.  I go to bed excited because I know as soon as I get to sleep the sooner that morning coffee comes.  My doctor was in shock when I told her how much coffee I drink.  She said at some point, I may want to consider cutting back but back the science that shows it staves off aging and has many health benefits.  However, science and I part paths when it talks about "moderation".  The scientists and I don't see eye-to-eye on this issue. :)

What the **** is this crap, i quit smoking but cant quit coffee? February 1st i quit for good. Now let me have a coffee...for real...

I had one coffee too much today im so energetic right now i feel like hugging puppies and kittens im not quitting it makes me feel good but damn i must really drink less of it.
