our daughters expecting,...

Its been a while since i posted more than a number. ;)  ...so, I have a few minutes this morning and thought I would hit a few of the highlights on whats been happening here.

The most important news at the moment is, our daughter is pregnant! Jodi (daughter #3) turned 30 this year, has been married for about 5 years. She has been diagnosed with P.O.T.S. (easier to attach a link than it is for me to explain it..   http://www.dinet.org/index.php/information-resources/pots-place/pots-overview  )  along with POTS, she also has ( http://ehlers-danlos.com/what-is-eds/   )  Because of these, she hasnt had much success with getting pregnant, and also because of these, she will be at risk. She is currently only 7 weeks pregnant, but she is ecstatic !! so....it may be awhile yet, but pretty soon the wagering will open on weather she has a boy or girl (early odds are on a girl  )  ...this is Jodi and Cory this summer when we were at the OBX.. 13466293_10104367051790234_8253731717103

Speaking of which...all 17 of us (kids/husbands/boyfriends/granddaughters)were able to get together the same week and stayed in south Nagshead (OBX) ...what a great vacation..we hope to be able to make it a yearly thing....but...unfortunately kids schedules are tough to work around. (here is a pic of all 17...it was windy that day, and extremely tough...if not impossible to take a selfie of 17 people...half of them under the age of 7, all looking at the camera...lol)..  13417496_10104375947088984_1979347713967

anyhow...for the most part things are good here..lots of other news and happenings, but will have to save that for another time...the sun is starting to poke out which means I can get busy and head off to work (today's job is outside...and it takes forever to get light out. :( )

Just wanted to share the news about being told we are to become grandparents (again...#8).. Jodi is not "announcing" it yet because of the risks involved, she wants to get through her 1st trimester before telling everyone.

(I think this is the start of an all male run from here on out...Kelli and Jenni are done with having children, and have provided enough females, now its Jodi, and Kristin turn to contribute the boys.. (once Kristin gets married that is :) )

I wish Jodie a happy safe pregnancy... Boy or girl...it didn't matter..just healthy eh ?

But a grandson would kinda be great..

My best wishes... Xx

Congratulations Joe and best wishes to Jodi and the rest of the crew.

Looks like if a game of Chicks or Sticks breaks out at Joe's house, he's outnumbered.

Thanks everyone... We are all pretty excited !

Sally the girl name to go with the new car?

I don't think I will have a vote, but Shelby would top the list, followed by Sally. :D

That's wouldn't bother me...look how outnumbered we are here, yet manage to pull off quite a few wins. !! :p
