This just doesn't happen to other people..I was as close as you can be to having both my feet amputated..

Just imagine sitting in the doctors office hearing that news...

Stop smoking..don't leave it as long as me....

Wow.  Just ... wow.

You know, the last few years the ends of a couple of my fingers were feeling a bit odd, kinda numb .. and I KNEW it was circulatory issues from smoking.  Never would've thought it would lead to what I just saw ... jeez ... I think I quit just in time ...

Awesome video Doreen ... should be required viewing in schools and tobacconists ...

It's not always your lungs !!!!

Like c.o.p.d.... You don't know the symptoms have already started..until it noticeable...

I was one of the lucky ones...quitting did help...stopped it in its tracks...

But I know...I can never take another puff...

You still smoking ?????????

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
