Glad that you had a wonderful time and even better that you didn't smoke.

Just think, next vacation, even more more saved towards it through not smoking and no 'thoughts' of smoking...win/win.

Keep marchin tyme..

I was a Rottweiler.. For a little while...while my body was adjusting..

Got myself a punching pillow...drawn a face on it with a marker..and punched hell out of it.

I laughed then ..when it went flying across the room..

Who face was it..mmm that would be telling... Lol...

I remember being so passionate before my relapse: "Who in their right mind would ever put themselves through this agony of quitting smoking again?" How could I have done this to myself? Bad day today

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
