I'm so impressed  :).

Go buy yourself something to commemorate this milestone.  A sticker for your water bottle, a keychain, a ring, etc ; something your can look at and be reminded of your determination and success.

Congrats Sandi and way to commit to a better you.

Yes! You've done what they said couldn't be done. Great job. Hold onto that rope because each day gets a little better. I was traveling alone Tuesday to do a very stressful task having to do with my late father. Out of the blue I thought to myself, imagine how you used to handle these things. Chain smoking. Now it doesn't even cross my mind as something I would consider.

You will get there too, freedom is so worth being uncomfortable in the short term.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
