Took the day off

I took a PTO today to stay home with my 2 year old daughter (daycare closed on Good Friday). We are now into the 2nd showing of Frozen. It keeps her happy and we all know when the 2 year old is happy, everyone is happy.

Each time we watch this, I die a little inside. I can feel my gonads slowly shrinking and my desire to kill and eat meat diminishing as well. My 5 o'clock shadow has moved closer to midnight. I am scared. When my Wife gets home I will beg for some well needed garage time. I plan to drink beer, work with tools, and get greasy from head to toe. God, what a turn on.

Enjoy your day with you sweet baby girl.  Too soon she will be turning 13 and going to middle school dances looking all gorgeous and grown up.  :)

Enjoy your garage & beer time too!  Balance is the key and it will be well deserved!

Remember to offer your wife some "garage" time too sometimes. :)

Good Friday to you! :)

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
