I shouldn't even admit this, but...when I opened this thread earlier today I couldn't help but wonder what any of this had to do with setting our clocks back next month.  I've been a bit slow on the uptake all day.

But anyway...down memory lane we go.

Wow, we've come a long way since AOL, huh!  lol

Yep.  I heard some college age kids the other day complaining about slow wi-fi at a restaurant.  I tell ya...these kids today have no idea what a truly slow internet connection is.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
