Wow, 10 months already?  I swear it was just yesterday that you quit! lol

You have done a wonderful job with your quit, and if I recall, you didn't have a lot of trouble either (the attitude is #1 and you have it!)  Very well done, Christa!!! Congrats!!!

Awwww.....thanks, guys! This 10-month marker kind of snuck up on me...it's like I never smoked, you know? I don't miss it anymore....in fact, today I pulled up to a convenience store to get milk, and just before I got out of my car, I happened to look over and there was this young lady sucking on a cigarette. She apparently couldn't get out of the car until she was done with the smoke... and all I could think of was "oh how sad"....

And then I thought "thank God that's not me anymore".

But not even for one second did I feel that I WANTED that. Yuck.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
