I threw away my almost three year quit.

For the past few days I've been taking a puff off of cigarettes here and there and then throwing them away. I was on my train walking around the engine feeling disgusted with myself and we were parked right in front of the QT club with all the members staring out the front window at me when all of a sudden that's when it happened. The hotel phone rang. I woke up and answered. It was the railroad calling. My train will be here in about an hour for my trip home. .... Oh yeah, I'm still smoke free and super relieved it was just a bad dream. Gotta get ready for work. Tootles :)

Well guess what; I dreamed I 'searched for my brand', for sweets, i was in the hooker place-- don't ask... TAC!!!! DID you teleport me a dream???? LOL Anyway I woke up and FIRST thing I did was cchecking if I was still on the QT and pledged NOPE for today :D  So happy, I'm no hooker, there was no danger, they didn't have my brand and no sweets--and that in real life I otally prefer the QT, front carige as NOPE Queen.  EVEN in my dream I didn't light it.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
