     Quitting isn't impossible.

All you need is to make a concerted effort and Try.

You have nothing to fear , not a thing to loose.

Quitting is one of the most interesting things I have ever done.

Interesting in the way I have gotten to know myself,

interesting in the way of learning new techniques for dealing with the haps of life,

and interesting in the way of unexpected benefits.

It continues to be a rewarding journey of discovery.

I agree, Sazerac, I learned a lot about myself when I stopped smoking.

The ego went out for a walk and the Id and SuperEgo engaged in a freestyle cage match.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
