I'm now quit 6 days

I use NRT gum. Don't lecture me for that just be glad I am back. I'm cutting back already have support from my house doctor and I'm finally stabilized I coughed so much... It opened my eyes when a nerve got stuck in my back with pain and numbness and tingling in my leg as, a result no hernia. Couldn't use painkillers while smoking it turned the tables.

I'm back. For good. Don't preach about CT this is my quit and I'm determined I see smokes as poison and nrt as a medical short withraw period.

This is sticky

But, Evelyn !

I have such a beautiful and inspirational LECTURE !  :P

Don't you want to hear it ?

Sure ya do !

It Starts with NOPE.

Goes on to explain everything about NOPE,

reiterates NOPE in an eternal mantra

and wraps up with nice big Fat N O P E . :D

Love,

NOPE, all you want. It starts with commitment hun. Willing to suffer, to hurt, to cry, to laugh, to enjoy life, everything to stay quit. I'll NOPE. But it means nothing without my commitment. I was committed the last 7 days, didn't NOPE. BUT STILL quit. ;)
NOPE are just letters to me now, it's about whats behind it, what counts, what keeps me quit

For me...

Nope is a promise...to myself and my board friends...I will not take another puff that day...

It got me through some bad days...but a promise is a promise...

It was important to me...and still is...

Quitting is a commitment to nope...its the only way to succeed...

Never take another puff ever...even if your arse falls off...

I really don't care how you quit.  We can worry about the follow through later.  The important thing is ditching the smokes before they smoke you.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
