Don't give in to your junkie thinking..it will pass...fight and March on..

Stay close to the board ,while you are feeling low..we will help you through ..

Hey man,

Thinking about you and you can likely hear me holler, 'you'll feel better, let this pass'

Muster up your resolve.  Tomorrow will be another smoke free day and you can start sobriety again.

Stay close to us.  We give a sh*t.

Love,

I did not smoke.  But I'm at work with with a hangover and wondering which is really harder... giving up the drink or the sticks?  I needed this as a reminder of why I can run and hide under a bottle.  It's like hiding from a fire under a gas soaked blanket.   But then again, didn't I know that?   Thanks for the quick responses, that was my first SOS ever....  hopefully, I won't need more in the future.  But I feel relieved knowing you all are here for me when I need it.

Well, at least while we hide under that petrol soaked blanket we are not lighting up a cigarette, K A B O O M.

Today is a new day, full of healthy choices.

I am so happy you didn't smoke.

Hold on to that empowerment....it will help you in sobriety,

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
