NOPE.

Just as simple as that.

Barney is right.

Bakon is right.

I struggle. But I've found out I do not enjoy smoking. I can write a whole story. You'll be pissed at me, probably.
No excuses. Not anymore. I do not want to be an addict.
I want to be smokefree. For good.

It terrifies me, I'm crying. Still going to do this. I can cry, shout, write, be terrified, pray... just NOPE. No matter what and no excuses.

Hi EV..

Smoking is a choice..quitting is a choice..

You made a choice to leave the train for a while..and you have made a choice to take your seat again..

It's not down to us...its down to you..which choice you make..

Sitting on the train is a great decision..and a wise choice..smoking does stink ..much better to be smoke free.

Grab your seat Evelyn.  You know the drill.  Freedom is attainable and there is not one good reason for you to continue punishing yourself by smoking.  Time to get this thing done once and for all.

As for being "pissed" at you...nope.  I think I can safely speak for the board when I say we hate the addiction not the addict.

From one addict to another, welcome back.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
