"a simple alternative."

How simple?  I talked to a guy over the weekend who was formerly a heavy smoker.  One day he lit up his first and started coughing and hacking.  He said: screw it, I'm not doing this anymore.  That was in October of last year.  He hasn't smoked in over nine-months.  He just quit.

There are two rules for quitting.  Rule #1: Do not put cigarettes in your mouth and light them on fire.  Rule #2: If you have any further questions, refer back to rule #1.

We can only tell you guys ..how wonderful it feels to be free of the slavery of smoking..

Free of the stench...free of the ritual... Free of giving our lovely money to the tobacco murderers...

Free of letting our health suffer..

To feel this for yourselves ...you must take smoking off the table..

What have you got lose...nothing...and gain so much ..

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
