If you have sat on the train and relapsed

Recommended Posts

It doesn't matter...you can jump back on at any time...

Never give up ..giving up...it could possible save you life...

It's never too late...

I havnt met a smoker yet...that doesn't want to quit deep down...

It's not impossible..its easier than you think...

If this 52 year smoker did...believe me you can too...

This place and the people on the Train have taught me,

*Temporary discomfort is worth a lifetime of Freedom

*Quitting smoking enables self realizations and empowerment that changes us for the better in many, many ways.

You only have to quit ONE TIME... and you never have to quit again.

Get your head right, gather your resolve and NOPE your way to Freedom.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
