Shoes are good. Something smaller every day first two weeks. Magazine you would normally pass. Hairbrush. Pizza. Anything not a necessity but you kind of want.

Glad no dangler. Quiting is work and you got to pay yourself in beginning to see some reward. Soon you will feel better and won't need treat but still remember to give yourself something. Bigger items then

Like to live in whorefield. Sounds like so e nice skirts there

Sarah,

remember that education on quitting and on the nature of the addiction to smoking/tobacco is one of the most important things in a successful quit.

Create and use support...................this forum is available 24/7, just like cigarettes are......................chose the forum.........it leads to Freedom!!

You can do this..............

^^^ This right here!  I love it when all I have to do is point and say "listen to this".  Good advice, soul!

Unlike baseball

bit of a cry this morning.

have another cry later.

Unlike baseball, there IS crying in quitting.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
