I don't know anything about the patches myself, but good on you for having a plan.

Great that you have a plan Evelyn, check in your mind if it's a realistic plan...then full steam ahead...

If not, check why and do what you need to do to make it realistic. Hope your session goes well tomorrow xx

Your doing a great job hun!!  Keep it up!! Your on to day two, you can get through anything!!

I never could use the patches, even the lowest ones caused me to get sick and dizzy, although the last time I used them was when I was a teenager and my grandma bought them for me to quit smoking  ;).  Wish I knew then what I knew now!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
