My unborn grand daughter has VSD, holes in her heart and the aortic artery looks like it may not be right. Seeing the best pediatric MD in Midwest tomorrow for extensive testing. Please pray for my little girl♡

And yes I'm maintaining my seat on the train!

Awesome!!!  You see, cigarettes NEVER helped us deal with stressful situations, even the most serious.  You just dealt with a major event the same as somebody who never smoked a cigarette a day in their life.  :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
