I'm kinda here...

Back from the OBX,and that by the way, is a bad thing,...it was a perfect vacation! ..my renter (my nephew) moved out of my other house, so I am doing some small things to it before I rent it again......all the while I get to stare at my new Mustang parked in the garage waiting for me to have time to put it through its paces . :)

I thought retirement was fun!

I'm here. Sorry I'm not posting so much lately. I'm still trying to bounce back from a car accident in January. A lot of physical therapy and I just had an injection in my sacroiliac joint yesterday. I am itching to get back to the gym full time, but at least I don't smoke :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
