wanna go to chat ?

I'll hang in chat for a while, Jess.  Hold on, bebe.  Everything will be OK.

What's going on ?  Are you in a safe place ?

It's tough to fight through the initial urges and cravings early on but it's 100% doable.  You have to get used to being uncomfortable so you can be comfortable again.  It's short-lived - expect it, detect it and then reject the urges.

How are you today?

Chatted for quite a while with Jess.

TAC joined us and he made her laugh, that was good.

Hope today is a better day for you, Jess.

Hang in there.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
