Hey, nice work! 5 days is awesome, and just think, you'll never have to go through those 5 days again! Moving forward...

I'm looking forward to being a week quit! And I'm so tired of putting on the patch every morning. I don't think I'm going to do the full month of step 1. I'm just going to do the two weeks I've got. Well, little over one week now. Dad said to be prepared to head to Rite Aid the day I step down to step 2, just in case. But I'm feeling pretty good in the mornings these days. I used to have a huge craving when I first woke up before I put on the patch, but I didn't get that this morning, so I'm taking that as a good sign.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
