I've noticed the forum slowed down. Don't know what to say. lol

It seems to happen like that. Sometimes it's real busy and other times it's really quiet. I'm back again do I will try to post more again.

I was on vacation...without all the nonsense I splatter these pages with, made it appear to b less active....lol....but I am back, so in addition to all the sound advice and support you ladies (and a few guys :p ) offer, I will be throwing out useless tidbits of information and all should seem normal again! :P

I totally fell off the earth.

My apologies for being a bad forum contributor.....but I think (?) that is what happens with some of us in our journey.

Hubby and I travelled to the Caribbean over the winter, sunned our job-smoking selves and enjoyed the salt air in our clean lungs!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
