Back on my feet

Evelyn

Recommended Posts

I put myself on my feet,
no smokes or damned vaping, no more nicotine.
NOPE from my last cig on. I promise this to myself; I owe this to myself
I am sorry I let myself down, let you guys down.
I needed to get a grip.
So here I am, back on the train.
I CHOOSE to be FREE

The important thing is to keep that promise to yourself.  Addiction always leads towards self-destruction.  It's vital that we remind ourselves daily that we deserve better than what the cigarette offers.

Onward toward freedom Evelyn.

I watched: 'I've relaped and I hate it, from Joel Spitzer

That is one AWESOME video, WHY do I relapse, out of yummy lets take a puff, it will help me, I'm so sorry for me and I just need one: for WHAT. NTAP EVER No exceptions NOPE. I fall for lies, sneaking in my head and not coming over here saying 'hey guys I'm romanticising the fags, gimme a hand.' So snaekky nicotine is I am REALLY happy again, now; I didn't lost anything, I don't need fags, nicotine bleh. I need freedom.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
