Can I really do this?

Yes you can. You did it before and will now do it for the final time

No more Evelyn.

No more excuses

No more believing in the cigarette.

No more telling lies to yourself

Welcome back on the quit train. Don't get off

Once you realise you're only causing yourself hurt by having to begin your quit again and again you'll get it. The anxiety and wondering "can I do this" will go away, if you just keep hold of your quit. Personally I'd never want to start this over and over (and I had an 'easy' quit!).

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
