Hi, I need to buy a new lap top for my new small business.  Any suggestions? Not an Apple since I need to deal with windows clients etc

I bought my youngest girls Dell Latitudes when they were going to college. I have heard some people does not care for Dell, but, we have had nothing but great service from them. My IT guy at work recommended them to me, and also suggested I buy as much "extended warranty" that I can afford. Both girls had some issues a couple years after I bought them, and Dell sent someone to their house to repair it with no problem. This was over 8 years ago, and both my girls are still using them today. With that said, I am slow to "upgrade" to new OS when I don't think anything is wrong with the old one....lol... My PC at home still runs XP! ?..lol...I have heard a lot of issues with the Windows 10 system, but most of those were from people who upgraded from 8... The machines that were bought with full version 10 installed.....not upgraded, have fewer problems...but...I digress, that's not really a Dell issue...all in all, I liked the Dell machines we have bought over the years.... Very reliable and they stood behind any issues we may have had. (because of the extended warranty, I'm sure)... Also, you can build it any way you want/need to. It can be taylored to your needs.

Thanks Joe.  I have read about the issues with window s 10.  Right now I have a mac and an iPad but I want to get a windows lap top for work for compatibility issues with the banks I consult for. I am thinking about the dell xps 13 Touch
