Get your ass off the couch!

Ohio State University researchers are warning of a new ailment they call “Dormant Butt Syndrome.”

“It basically refers to the gluteus-maximus — or the glute muscles — just not functioning as efficiently as they should,” says Dr. Chris Kolba, a physical therapist at Ohio State University’s Wexner Medical Center.

It's completely true! As soon as it hits over 85 degrees here my arse don't move unless it's from the pool to the coffee table on the patio

I must have been a test subject, sneaky drones!!

While I do have a fainting couch for Emergency Only

(it 's in the attic with the other  fire ax)

I do not, nor never will, have a couch or sofa.

Same with a telly. (never have/never will)

Still, sitting down on you're rump for too long

is never comfortable for any bum.

Isn't it common sense,  when your bum goes to sleep to get up and dance ?

Let's go dancing !

Love,

S
