Hmm, some cravings... can be mixed with sugar--wanting to snack. Feels good. Hammie likes my smell she licked me yesterday :D
Did huge groceries to make some changes, more eko, more invironment saving cleaning products plus I avoid gluten. LOVE to play on the guitar... practising. I'll post a vid from yesterday, today was already better.
Talked to my ex-socio... support / mental support thingy person :P instead of feeling a gruch I smiled, told her about my great life and send her pics of my tattoo's and last hair color. I'll try to post my vid from practising guitar

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
