You are done with it, so DO NOT SMOKE.

Juan, how is your quit coming along?

 

Remember, your quit is separate from life's events.  Life's events don't come before your quit and they certainly don't define your quit because if we let life's ups and downs control our quits, we'd all be smoking for the rest of our lives. 

 

Separate the two.  :)
