Glad you are back at it.  Ask yourself though, what will you do differently this time?  I realize you had an unexpected situation pop up.  If something similar happened again, what would you do to keep your quit?  It's important to be proactive, figure out what your triggers are and develop a plan should they give you trouble.  Keep us updated Juan, we all want to see you succeed.

So glad that you're right back on it.

Post, vent (if necessary) and Nope.

Completely remove smoking from the table no matter what.

Looking forward to seeing you discover your freedom.

Juan,

Glad to see you are cooled down, relaxed and ready to get back to the business at hand, your quit. Stuff happens and all we can do is regroup and start over because is not the end of the world by no means. Best of luck to you and so lets start off just one day at a time, before you know it you will be past where you were last time in no time!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
