I posted it in my topic in off the record... I'm dealing with too many things and to detailed... I'm not smoking today, but I do vape. It is what it is, fairytales suck and unicorns farts smell awesome. I've not ever had one week or longer where I was happy, without mental health struggle. Serious stuff. It's no f#cking excuse but I choose the less destructive over destructing myself. I've had enough. I've battled too long, too much, too many times. I need a break. I know when I'm realistic, I canoot do it right now. I'm just too broken. I'll try not to light one, and vape instead. But no promisses.
Guess I left my superwoman suit in the phonebox and the Doctor too off, and now my suit is gone...

Wrong. It's right there. Pick it up and throw the shit away. You are stronger than that. Proved it before so do it again

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
