Blizzard in Denver

Yep - Snowed in with my teenage monkeys that I love.

Currently worried about the Hubster on his way home on ice skating rink of roads.  Tons of road closures.  Airport is closed.  Cars required chains earlier.  National Guard called.  It's a biggie this time.  It was like 73 degrees yesterday. LOL.  Gotta loved Colorado.

Waiting for my turn at Chicks & Sticks, cooking, doing laundry, working from home and doing all sorts of random things.  If I'd focus on one of them, I'd be getting some major work done, but a little bit of everything is an accomplishment too, right?? :)

Not cooking anything major.  Wasn't really expecting this doozy of a storm and have been working or driving kids around to sports lately, so Mother Hubbard's cupboard is bare.

Thanks, Duck.  :)

FWIW, the brunt of the storm is moving out of Colorado.

If someone in Kansas happens to be reading this...Head's up!  It's coming your way.

Wherever you are, take it easy and keep it between the ditches.

A freak storm from what I hear, straight from Siberia Russia.

We got the edge of the storm before it got to you.

I ran in the snow the other day.

Be safe, drive a front wheel drive if you have one and need to drive.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
