Not counting new years eve with fireworks :P I decided that cycling would be could for my depressed, crying my eyes out head :P, and after getting yucky (not hungry) 2 persons microwave meal I decided to stop over at the local 'drogisterij' (no drugstore officially) I felt like friggin fainting, sweating and I ALMOST left without buying, kicked myself under my #ss and bought some stuff to 'get me through my cold / flu' well, after me asking which sirup I should take, she smiled repying you're not the first today it's really busy.
And after one, no more then one year smokefree, lettinng my bf and a friend of us smoke on my balcony yesterday, me NOT joining :P I cycle back home, freezing after my hotflash and I get an ASTHMA attack!!!

For real???

Okay I know I feel things coming up... I'm a sensitive girl, who can turn into a bitch from *** but this surprised me :P I do NOT appreciate colds / flu's or things like that ;) Sjeeesh buying those crap twice a year is expensive LOL but I no longer have ventolin (dunno how it's called abroad) caz I never used it.

An asthma attack. The irony. I know last week I sat a lot on my #ss. But does that mean all your health credits go blanco lol???

Excersise freaks???

Oh well maybe I'm just outta luck this round, most times last year when everybody ws sniffing and coughing I laughed (especially behind the backs of the smokers :D )

Not immune appreantley, very not amused There goes my die hard evidence to my vaping bf 'look at me being smokefree, nicotinefree and healthy' LOL

He did make me a red velvet cake last night ???
Never heard of it ;)

Okay rant done

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
