That's great KL! You're at the point in your quit when you'll start to feel like this more and more. But if tomorrow you find yourself a little down, don't despair, this isn't a straight linear progression. Overall, from here on, you will have more good days and fewer bad ones, until eventually you realize you just don't have any bad ones anymore. But it will probably be a bit bumpy for a while yet.

The point is you are healing, and you are winning, and your body and mind are thanking you. Enjoy your great day!

Wonderful news!  The day always comes when you realize it isn't quite as hard as the day or week before.  It's a slow progression with some bumps in the road but it does progress!!  Just wait, it gets even better. :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
