Hi

Stopped smoking Wednesday 2/24/16  Finding your site today was very helpful.  The NOPE mantra was just what I needed.  I realize that I was leaving myself lots of open doors and I went around closing them today saying NOPE!!!!  All my coats washed (so if I slip up the husband would notice, car vacuumed and all the "butts" gone, found more cigs in the house ran them under the faucet all gone :D

Hey, you found the workiing button, the 'magic "no" key against cravings and much worse, excuses in your head getting round and round; you made it your mantra keep it :D sit on it, pray it shout it, write it down here daily, (helps very good in the beginning as everybody sees it)
And no more blabla from me caz you already sniffled around ;) like that (Where's that thumb up smilie) anyway I can recommend to watch lots oj Joel Spitzers vids, it will not only make you not get bored an all anxious... it in the same tim educates you :D
Very good start...

MORE LURKERS???? Come on, check in!!! We're friendly, do no bite... wanna help and hug and kick in the butt, áll just take an example of Nita and you start with one foot after the other, before you know it you're on the lido deck :D

Good job Nita and WELCOME big time

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
