Aine has been such a value here, especially for me, she is one of this boards best posters. She is blunt, and brutally honest about this addiction. She posted her hard times when she had them at every stage and posted when she had days that were getting easier.

I am so glad that you are here with us and that we get to celebrate two years of you being free of this addiction.

Congratulations!

Well done Aine!

It's great that you are able to show all the newbies that there really is a normal life after you quit smoking!

You made your quit your own, and was not distracted... You remained focused and pushed through

You are a great example to all the quitters here who watched you get stronger as your quit progressed.

CONGRATS!!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
