Exhausted & coughing. Caught some kind of sickness from sister over last weekend. This has been the most unproductive week . And I don't even care. :lazy:

Girl, it is exhausting and your body's recovering, heck it's just started to recover -- sleep, drink hot tea, watch Dr. Who or funny video's when you want distraction... huggle yourself in your PJ's nd duster and let Bakon bring you a piece of his donut :)

I'm not making fun of you feeling crap hun, REALLY you're doing great and it really sucks to start a constructive step like quit smoking and then get a cold / flu.
BUT humor and some laughter can easy it up. It's not a switchs-off button, no more nicotine so = health, it gradualy gets better.

Honey, in your tea too :) lots of sleep and slef care and do not beat yourself up, some blame the quit that they ge sick but it's a 50 / 50 % every winter :) each day each minute you give your body the chance to recover so feel ike crap, but keep in the back of your head you're the winner here :D

(non contagious hugs)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
