Feel like poop - its only temporary!

Stressed - its only temporary!

Angry - its only temporary!

Craving - its only temporary!

Life has thrown you a big fat sack of lemons for one reason or another - its only temporary!

you will move on!

All above will soon pass!

Disease and Death - that's Permanent!!!!!!!

even if you have cheated death and recovered from disease, your life will have been changed in one way or another permanently, some positively, others not!!!

no matter what, stick to NOPE

hang on in there folks, lean on each other, reach out and you will be victorious  :ok:

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
