Happy Chinese New Year everyone! Like the worldwide new year, this is a time for new chances. And it's the year of the Monkey, who represents life. Remember to open your windows (for a short time, it's cold out there) to let the new luck flow into the house!

Sounds interesting!

Good news.  We have some cool air here now so today I opened all the windows to get some fresh air in the house. I hope some luck came in too.  :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
