welcome back I.D.

Im not sure I read why you left in the first place, and I doubt its any of my business :o , but glad you are back and whatever sidetracked you is behind you.

Sometimes ending relationships is a new beginning...for the better...for example, you are about to end a long relationship with smoking, and there is nothing but good things to come from it...Hard times are not a reason to smoke...those times will happen regardless of your addiction to nicotine, so lets say you give handling the good AND bad things that life has to throw at you as a non smoker...

one day at a time....you can do this! :D

Is it useful to be upset with yourself? If so use it, by all means! But honestly, the time for that ended when you quit again & got your @$$ back in the train seat.

Welcome back.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
