Hi all my dear old friends. I'm so delighted to see so many friendly and familiar faces still here! Just stopping in to say hello to everyone, and I'm signing up to not smoke tomorrow! I hope to hear from all of you wonderful people!

HAT...

Always glad to see someone quitting...

You have been here so many times...you have to want this....

All it takes is never stick anything in your mouth and set it on fire...

Not always easy...but doable....

You should be celebrating a year or two quit by now.....

We know Sometimes quitters fall off the train, I'm glad your back on, hopefully this time for the complete journey!

You know the speech.... Come here often and post, read and educate yourself about nicotine addiction...this time no skipping chapters... :p

Nothing has changed here, ..we are still here and wiling to help anyone who will accept it...

Hey HAT!

Literally two days ago I was just wondering what happened to you.  Glad to see you back.

Stop that ugly addiction now!  Be done with it.  You've had enough.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
