I know it's not a 'traditional' milestone for you.....I just wanted to say that:

Wherever you are, whatever day you are on, I think you are doing just great!

You, m'dear, are a non-smoker!

:)

Congrats!

Hi Julie,

A BIG HUGE THANK YOU :)

It is Day 7 for me - I am still doing great- Prior mornings I get up make some coffee grab a piece of Nicorette.  I totally forgot

about the Nicorette this morning until I was driving in to work.  It is getting better everyday.  Thank you everyone for all of your

kind words and great support.

Woohoo, congrats on your week Amy! Glad to hear things are going well. :) I saw that you have been craving a bit. Good on you for posting here and letting us know what you're struggling with. I assure you, the cravings will pass and will become less and less as you get further into your quit.

I know you've got it in you to stay quit girl! Rooting for you. :D

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
