Poor chap but finding the balance is always so tricky and constant pain wouldn't be any fun either. Cancer does indeed suck my friend. Thinking of you all. x

Yeah...sucks indeed.  His body is alittle bit too broken to succefully and peacefully make it through a bone marrow transplant.  But I think he is going to try the Chemo.  If the chemo is successful... maybe...maybe get to spend the next 2 years with him.

I say: spend NOW with him.  That's all we all have (always).

I'm so sorry for you, your family, and yalls grief and anger.

Thank you for sharing this story so people can visualize the pain this addiction can cause.

He has decided to not do chemo either.  Does not want the poison in his body.

We brought him home yesterday and hospice has been called.

I am numb.

I read about Beth this morning... all I could think about was her family.  I cannot even concentrate here at work.

What a MOTHERFUCKER cancer is.  I hate it.

My heart hurts for you my friend, really tough times. Can't say I disagree with him, that Chemo is a tough gig and it's supposedly a less painful journey without.

Hoping for miracles.

Thinking of you Chrispy. x

I went through this with my father 29 years ago.  Say all you need to say to him, make happen all he's wanted to do while he has the strength to do it and above all else, make sure he knows he made a difference in this world.  Concrete, from the heart examples.  It's important.  For both of you.
