Late to party but Welcome Ridley!  I hope all is well.  If you have fallen off the train, no worries just get back on pronto!

I too have never understood the so called "social smokers".  I personally think they are, for the most part, closet smokers.  My mother was a good example of that.  She only smoked at home.  If she was at work or anywhere else she didn't smoke at all.  That would have driven me crazy!  My addiction drove me to extremes.  I did some of the most insane things to get my fix.

The good news is, if you allow enough time to pass, you'll be avoiding smokers because they stink!  Whether or not they smoke all day or just occasionally will not even be on your radar.

Glad you are here,  let us know how we can help.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
